Breastfeeding causes low sex drive?!! Help! 😞

Hi ladies,
I would like to know your experiences  with sex after having your babies, because I'm worry that there might be something wrong with me!😕
My little one is 3 months old. I have had sex with my hubby, but it's only been few times, and honestly I am not enjoying it as I used to.
I was reading that women who breasfeed have some hormonal changes that cause their sex drive to get low.
Are any of you who breasfeed feeling the same way?
I would love to hear your comments, and hopefully you have some tips for me.

Yes!! After I had my first sex hurt a lot so we didn't have sex for a long time (plus I hate using condoms and didn't want to take birth control). Then after my first turned one was started trying for our second and boom my sex drive was back. After we got pregnant it went downhill again. Now I'm 3 months pp and again have a very low sex drive. I've never heard it was because of breastfeeding. I think it's just because I'm exhausted and after having kids on top of me all day long then last thing I want to do is have sex once they finally go to sleep.

I personally have never had a problem with low sex drive while breastfeeding and I just had baby number six. I would talk to your doctor.

I don't know if there is truth to that or not I haven't researched it ever... but i am 4.5 months pp and still haven't had sex... and no drive once so ever too. I'm exhausted. It's the last thing I want. I never wanted it before pregnancy so I guess I didn't question my lack of interest. Now I'm curious though so I'll be following to see what people say.

My little one is 3 mths as well and I feel the same way. I was starting to feel bad for my husband. I guess I wil start to researching what I can do or if breastfeeding is the cause. At least he will feel better about it if it's true.
