IBS and Labor

Hi! I am just wondering if anyone suffers from IBS-D and has been in labor. Wondering how it will be affected... I am 35 weeks pregnant and my IBS is starting to really act up after being gone for most all of my pregnancy. Makes me nervous for labor.
