Ring test?

Has anyone tried the ring test with your strand of hair to see how many and the gender of your kids? Has it been right for you? I know it's old wives tales but mine always say girl, girl, boy. I have 2 girls and TTC my 3rd. Cant help but hope it's true lol

I've tried this for fun but never got any consistent results. I've had 5 miscarriages and no successful pregnancies yet so I'm not sure it would work for me :/ one of my sister-in-laws did this before she got pregnant and it was boy, girl, girl. So far they've had two kids and it's correct, they have a boy and a girl.

Yes and I’ve always had a boy and then stop but we’ve been trying for almost 15 years and 1 miscarriage. So that could’ve been my boy!
