Miscarriage??

I’m on CD 9.. AF has been extremely unusual this cycle but I thought it might be because I had my IUD taken out on CD 3... I had Paragard (no hormones). So today I decided to test my LH. I got really glaring positives on my OPKs. Someone suggested I might be pregnant because of how positive the OPKs were. So.... just for the heck of it I took two HCG tests... both super positive... not even a faint line. But I’m still bleeding lightly!! Am I miscarrying? Am I even pregnant?! What is happening?!
