Sleep tips?

Anyone’s baby sleeping well at night yet? My girl is 6 weeks old and is still awake every 2 hours ALL night 😭 Please share your secrets!!!

From birth, I did the eat-play-sleep schedule to teach my daughter between her days and nights. All it is is making sure she isn’t sleeping all day. Every three hours feed them, then try to keep them up for as long as possible.
Also at night before bed, I have a certain way of doing things. Diaper change first, then pajamas and lotion, then bottle. All while the lights are dim and the sound machine is on.
She sleeps from 8pm-3:30ish. I give her a bottle. Then when she goes back to sleep, she doesn’t wake up again until 9ish. 
My daughter is 6 weeks old and only wakes up once at night to feed. I did this with my oldest son and he slept a through the night by 2.5 months. He is now 20 months and is a sleeper. Sleeps from 8pm-9:30am every night.

The schedules seem to have it! We have one as well that seems to be working, with the caveat that every day is different and comes with its own adjustments.
Starting at 7:00 am, we wake to feed every three hours if our five week old doesn’t wake on his own. This way he gets as many calories for the day as possible during the daytime. He is awake for 60-90 minutes at a time with each feeding, so we build in some play and tummy time if he’s up for it.
At 6:30 pm, we have bath time, pajamas, dim light/lullaby, and a quiet bedtime feeding at 7:00 pm. We put him to bed with lights out in his bassinet with white noise by 8:00 pm. Some nights he goes down easier than others.
We do a dream feed with low lights at 10:00 pm, then he usually gives us a five-hour stretch between feedings and wakes at 3:00/3:30 am. Last night he went until 4:30 am! 😲
No blankets or pillows in the crib or bassinet to reduce SIDS risk, just a swaddle to keep him feeling safe and cozy once he’s asleep. We practice the Five S’s and pause before intervening if he fusses. Usually a paci helps him settle. Highly recommend the online newborn sleep class at takingcarababies.com!

I had the same problem, but now I make sure to wake the baby every 2.5 he's during the day to eat (was told the more calories he gets during the day the less he'll need at night). Swaddle, low lights, sound machine and don't overly engage for night feedings and we are getting 3-4 hr stretches at night.

My 4th will be a month on Saturday. He will go 3 to 4 hours between the two overnight feeds. I notice a difference when I don't swaddle him, meaning he sleeps less. He also is about 2/3 breast milk 1/3 formula due to my breast reduction. He's a very slow eater, so that could be playing a role also. And I definitely suggest a sound machine.

My little girl is 5 weeks and averaging a 6-7 hour stretch at night. She’s gaining weight really well and whilst I know the recommendation is no longer than 4 she point blank does not sleep in the day (maybe 15-20 min cat naps) so I feel she’s sleeping because she needs it. In no way do we try to keep her awake, if anything id like her to have a good nap in the day as I can’t get anything done as she either wants to be interacted with or fed.
We haven’t tried to set any routines yet but i think the natural routine of going into a specific crib next to our bed, in a darker quieter room has helped her body clock adjust to day/night. 
I’m sure it will be short lived but I’ll take it for now

My boy is 6 weeks old too and we have tried to keep as best of a schedule as we can. He gets a pumped bottle that dad gives him every night. 4-5oz usually, just so I know he is getting a good feeding. Before his feeding he gets a diaper, pj and is put into his sleep sack...that way once his burp is out he gets rocked and layed down. He goes down anywhere from 830-10 (I know it’s a gap of time, but there are some nights he just isn’t ready yet) from there he will sleep 3.5-4 hours...however last night it was a random FIVE 🙌🏽 
Then he wakes and nurses and sleeps again. It’s all about routine!

Definitely gentle sleep train and have somewhat of a routine for eat play sleep. During the day i only let my babe sleep 2-3 hrs max. Then i wake her to eat. She typically will wake herself up before anyways to eat or for diaper change. I have the TV on in the background and windows open for light. So shes not day and night confused. We start to eliminate play at the 6-7pm nap so she can be calm and kinda unwind for the day (no tummy time or things that stimulate her too much after the diaper change... if she awake i just let her chill and look around til shes ready to eat). We put her to bed at around 9 after diaper change and feed. Always swaddled. I have 2 rolled up blanket to put on either side of her body in the bassinet to mimic being held/snug. My girl sleeps better if shes warm so i put another light blanket on her. Typically at the 9pm bedtime she goes to bed while shes in a deep state of sleep after the bottle. During the day i encourage to put her down drowsy but awake. During the night diaper change and feed i dont even turn the lights on . Only the light coming through our  window. Unless she poop then just very dim light. Then feed and let her sleep in my arms for a bit to a deeper sleep again l. Also helps with spit up/reflux (if she has these tendency, try sleeping her in a slight incline). Also i dont pick her up right away if she whines because very often shes just in her light sleep phase and will put herself back to sleep after a couple of minute. If she cries cries then i pick her up. If u know shes not hungry but continue to whine... offer a pacifier to soothe instead of being held/feed to soothe in the crib/bassinet. This routine has gotten her to sleep 4-6hrs stretches at night and shes gaining weight still cuz she eats more often during the day. FTM here and thats what worked for me. Good luck mama!
