Slow and steady wins the race *UPDATE*

I have been exercising my ass off to loss weight since September. I do not always feel like there is any progress but then I take a photo to compare it with my past self. It gives me hope again and motivates me to keep going. I have PCOS and a under active thyroid gland so it is not easy to loss weight but I am doing it the right way with exercise and eating healthy no diet pills no special diets.

Ladies you can do it if you try just keep on going

This is December's results. I have stayed on course. I am down 12cm around my hips and 9cm around my chest. It is a constant fight to keep going in the right direction. I am now 84kg
