Britax or Chicco infant seat?

I bought the Britax B-ready stroller so was planning on getting the infant car seat as well but now I’m reading Chicco might be better? My son will be traveling in the car a lot so I wanted the safest but now I’m not sure!

I have a Britax, and I love it. But their customer service is pissing me off. 😅 Long story short, my dog ate the strap, we ordered new ones,they told my fiance it came with all the clips he needed, so he threw the other stuff out. 
Got the new straps, missing a clip. Called,explained,reordered. Same issue. (it's the clip that attaches the straps UNDER the baby's butt, not between the legs.) 
I'm actually really mad we can't use our carseat right now. BUT I'm borrowing my brother's Chicco one and I like it.

I was looking at those two and two others. I almost chose the Britax, but it was pretty narrow inside and I'm expecting that my baby is going to be larger. Other than that, I liked the feel and setup better than the Chicco personally.
