Insomnia in early pregnancy?

Hello,
I’m a little more than 4 weeks pregnant and I am having such a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep... anybody else experiencing/experienced this? 
I’m tired, but I just can’t seem to sleep... I’ve never experienced insomnia before. Is there anything I can use/take to help?

I’ve had trouble with sleep since the beginning. I’m 38+3 now and it’s just gotten worse with adding hip pain and the need to pee into the mix. I think it’s just hormones and how they effect some people. Everyone tells me to “just wait” until baby is born and sleep will be so much worse, but I can’t see how it gets worse than 8 months of insomnia. I’m not really into taking meds, so have really just dealt with it. You can take unisom if you like or Benadryl. those are harmless, but they do make me groggy so I’ve only done it a few times. It did seem to help, though. I wish I had a magic bullet for you (and me!).

Mine was opposite lol. I could sleep all day all the time at the beginning. And by 26 weeks I can’t sleep at all throughout the night. I’m not sure what to do to help though I’m still not sleeping all night 😑 it sucks.
