ACNE TREATMENT

I am breaking out like crazy due to stress, & menstruation. I’ve even been eating healthier & drinking more water but I’m still breaking out so I think it’s time to buy some acne treatment. Any recommendations?

I like neutrogena's stuff personally they did have one made for stress but I havent seen it in a while I also like their grapefruit line. Although the deep clean is good too. I personally use the neutrogena grapefruit face wash and a clean and clear salicylic acid lotion ment for dry skin face. If my skin freaks out more I get a toner as well.

as a disclaimer, no routine is one size fits all!! i started off with cetaphil daily cleanser + tea tree oil + moisturiser. it's a lot more extensive now after a few years but it's the bare minimum basics lol. i really like the la prairie day cream and andalou purple carrot night cream for moisturisers.
