Hit 12 weeks yesterday. I was working a night shift and had to pee and noticed bleeding. Luckily I’m a nurse, so I went right over to ER. They did an ultrasound and the doctor said she saw no evidence of miscarriage and showed me my little wiggling baby with a good heart beat. But I am still bleeding! It’s bright red, enough to spot on a pad. I can’t tell if my stomach cramps are from nausea, nerves, or uterine. I keep repeating over and over in my head that there were no signs of miscarriage and baby was moving around, but I can’t help but panic every time I go to the bathroom. I called my OB and he said everything was fine too. So then why won’t it stop???
