I’m 36 and ttc #2, we’re on our 8th cycle and got a referral to see a fertility specialist after month 5. The general recommendation is to see someone if you haven’t conceived in 6 months after age 35 and I’m glad I did because it turns out I have a blocked tube. Our fertility specialist has recommended IVF which was a surprise since we conceived our first naturally, but that’s the path we’ve decided to take. Baby dust to you!

I’m 36 and TTC #3. Currently in my 2wk wait if my fifth month trying. We’ve used PreSeed, OPK, BBT, vitamins and so far nothing. Hoping this is our month. Baby dust ✨

I’m 36🙋🏼‍♀️. We’ve been ttc #2 for 18 months and I’ve been going to a fertility specialist for the past 6 months. So far we’re just doing Letrozole and Progesterone with timed intercourse, but my husband and I are both taking CoQ10, fish oil, vitamin D, and probiotics. I’m also taking a prenatal, melatonin, and inositol, and my husband is taking a vitamin meant for sperm health/motility. Sometimes we use a menstrual cup during my fertile window, and I always track my bbt with an Ava bracelet, and LH using Clearblue OPKs. So far nothing.

I’m 37 ttc for 18 months, 3 CP’s, one MC. I’ve done the Femara/Letrizole/clomid etc cycles. My last cycle was the MC and waiting for my cycle to regulate as much as it can naturally.
I started seeing fertility specialist (among many other practitioners) at 6 months and after 3CP’s. I’m now with recurrent miscarriage unit and they have found polyps yay 🤬.
Anyhoo - after the initial 6 months I cut out sugar, booze, gluten, caffeine and dairy to help with some existing health issues. Nada for a almost a year. So I gave up really, relaxed, enjoyed cocktails. And then fell pregnant. I did MC but for further than I ever have.
The only thing that I think made a difference for me was using FAR infrared to help detox and also increase my circulation - I started using it daily for a month and that was the cycle I conceived. 
I think it’s so so different for everyone but I would strongly urge seeking some medical or naturopathic support. I was 35 when I started this journey and I wish I’d educated myself earlier - sorting out any nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances etc I think is key when you are a tad older and ttc. But also not to get tooooo anxious about things as I really think that’s makes it harder!!

I just turned 37 and I started in May when I was 36. Conceived within 3 cycles, had a miscarriage at 9 weeks and now trying again. Good luck! I tried prenatal vitamins and lots of BD!
