ANY ASSISTANCE OR ADVICE. This is my 1st time charting my BBT. I wake up at exactly 6am every morning and take my temperature after having at least 4 hours of sleep. I am 34 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS. Been TTC for 5 years.
