Colon cleansing or colon cleanse pills??? I was reading stuff that said it’s good to get a good cleanse with these pills. I was just wondering has anybody else tried and If so any results?

No. Theyre all scams and are awful for you. Your body doesnt need a cleanse, detox, or whatever similiar sounding buzzword. Your body naturally detoxes through your liver and kidneys.

They really aren't good for your body the best thing to do if you want to detox is something that's going to support your liver and kidneys while removing toxins. The added side effect to this often is reduced bloat and inflammation which makes you feel skin here.
