I have this rash on my leg. It started out as a little bump so I put some antibiotics on it , I wasn’t very consistent with it because I didn’t think it was that serious I just figured it was an ingrown hair. Then like 2 more bumps appeared. I used a new razor blade and shave the area. The next morning it started to look better I continued the antibiotic cream but I’m on a work-related trip right now and have been very busy so I forget some mornings. I apply it morning and night for the most part. This morning I realized there was like 3 more bumps and now looking again they appear worse. I just got out the shower and applied the cream. If you can or have experienced something similar please help me identify it 😂thank you so much. I’ll most likely go to the doctor Monday once I get home. Before the time I mentioned before I haven’t shaved for a little over a month. It burns if something touches it but other than that there isn’t much pain
