Extremely TMI. Is this a possible miscarriage? I'm CD4 every test was negative. I started letrozole yesterday. Month 4. My periods are super light and only last at max 3 days. Never had clots anything like this except when I had a placental abruption.

It definitely looks like a clot you would see during a miscarriage but by experience you should have gotten a positive pregnancy test. Maybe there was just an excess of uterine lining that needed to be shed?

If your tests are negative and you started your period as expected, I don’t think it’s a miscarriage.  I’m not sure how the medication changes your period.  Was it behaving as normal before you started the letrizole?

Yes. All was normal before letrozole. And the previous 3 months on letrozole were also normal. I also took clomid for 4 months and never had anything like this.
