I was just thinking about when I was growing up how my mom didn’t allow our dog on her bed at all but she let me have the dog sleep in my bed with me. It didn’t strike me as odd at the time, but looking back I’m surprised she allowed it because she’s very against dogs being allowed on beds in general.

I know we all have our preferences on whether we allow pets in our own bed, but
