Cant sleep in issue?

I cant sleep past 3 or 4am...my body keeps just waking up. 😢 5 weeksish today.

I’m the same! 4w3d. I wake up at like 3:30 to pee, can’t fall back asleep for another hour or two.

I had this in my first pregnancy for weeks, this time round it’s not been as bad but I can guarantee I’ll wake up at 5am every day. 
Luckily I’ve actually managed to get back to sleep for a little while but pregnancy insomnia is quite a common symptom. 
If your like me it’ll pass and come the second trimester all you’ll do is sleep lol

Same here...up at 3AM 5w6d..I take sleep aid or Tylenol pm if my back hurts but still can't sleep. It's horrible😫😫

I found with my first pregnancy I always woke up between 2 and 3 a.m. every morning. My waters broke at 2:30 in the a.m. the morning I went into labor with him. It may be a correlation or just a coincidence. Lol

It seems like every other night it changes for me! I either can’t sleep a wink or I’m so tired I sleep for 9 hours (with pee breaks)

I also have two who don’t sleep through the night, so I’m up quite often and I get up for the day around 530

I had that at first too but around 5 weeks it stopped thankfully I’m able to sleep in until 6 now 😅

I’ve been waking up around 1 or 2 am, and just toss and turn the rest of the night, it’s awful. I’ve been trying extra strength sleepy time tea, and melatonin gummies. Helps to get me to fall asleep faster when I do wake up.
