I never put my legs up but I just stay laying down for 10 to 20 mins afterwards usually with my knees up

I did it one time just for fun. We started trying during a heatwave, and lying on the cool floor with my legs against the cool wall just felt good. I think I stayed there for almost an hour.
I was pregnant in the first month, but I don’t believe in this myth. Again, just for fun. And I did it 7 days before my ovulation. The only thing I did to ‘help’, was lying down a minute or ten after sex.
