I am 4.5 weeks pregnant and started bleeding (heavily not spotting)but it’s Saturday and the drs office is closed. Where do I go? Emergency room? Care now?

It’s as if I wasn’t pregnant and got my period. I know I was pregnant. My “period” is 4 days late and I have taken tons of pregnancy tests since 11dpo and all positive. Even used different brands and still all were positive.

Also have been having cramps in my lower back for about a week but ever since I started bleeding, my cramps have gotten a little worse.

I’m afraid to go to the emergency room because I’m afraid they will tell me I wasn’t pregnant and I’m just getting my period since I am only just passed 4 weeks.

I’m so scared and emotional right now.
