Fenugreek

Whats your experience with fenugreek?

My last pregnancy, I struggled with lactation. So this time around I'm doing all I can to keep my supply up, especially since my baby rejects formula and bottles. I eat oatmeal a lot, I drink lots of milk and water, I picked up body armor, I have lots of grains and eggs, I buy lactation cookies, and I pump at least twice a day to help simulation. My best friend breastfed her daughter for 4 years so i asked her for tips. She suggested fenugreek so I have been taking those for about a week now too. But now i see all these horror stories and wanted to ask about fenugreek stories from all you lovely people.
