Disclaimer: I did not ovulate on cd 13 like FF says.. I got a positive opk the day after on the 14 so I ovulated on cd 15 or 16 maybe 17? and I have a slow temp rise after ovulation..

Yesterday I got a temp drop,, I thought oh gawd I ain’t preggo :( but I had these deep AWFUL cramps.. I couldn’t move !! They were bad and lasted a few hours. No bleeding though.

This morning I woke up and my temp went wayyyy on up. What do y’all think? Have any experiences?
