need advice

so i’m on the combo pill and sometimes i take it like an hour or two later than normal, my bf and i had sex, we started out with a condom but eventually took it off. he pulled out way before he came. i have really bad anxiety and i’m super scared and i took my last active pill tn and now i’m super crampy and tired, is there a chance?
