so i had sex with my boyfriend a week ago and my period was suppose to start like 5 days later and we didn’t use condoms... i took a plan b the day after, waited the day after my period cause i didn’t get it took a pregnancy test and it said i’m not pregnant, then i took it the day after that because i still didn’t get my period and wanted to double check and said i’m not pregnant... is it just because the plan b that i’m not getting my period?

🤦‍♀️ Why do y’all take Plan B but refuse to read the pamphlet that it comes with?! That is a side effect of taking plan B. Your periods can take up to 3 months to return to normal after taking it. It will cause a delayed period, early period, heavier period, or lighter periods. 
Those pamphlets are not in there for shits n gigs, it’s there because it’s important.

It could be because of the plan b. But the pregnancy hormone doesn’t show up until 2 weeks which is why you kept getting negative because it didn’t have time to pop up

Plan B can cause irregular bleeding; as well as an early or delayed period. It will throw your cycle off for awhile; at least for 3 months.
