I was on birth control since I was 12 because I have TERRIBLE cramps. Now that I’m TTC I’m of course off birth control, and so I’m getting all of my old cramp symptoms back. I take the max amount of ibuprofen I can, use a heating pad and I still have awful cramping pain, I get nauseous, light headed, and my back hurts.

Does anyone have any good cramp remedies they swear by?

And before you ask I have been to the doctor about it - my symptoms are Brett standard, the doctor’s recommendation is birth control and/or ibuprofen. Lol
