Emotional and nightmares

Last night I had a nightmare that my baby’s heartbeat had stopped, I’m 34+1 and had a scan yesterday and baby was absolutely fine just so worried now and today I have cried over 12 times for no reason 😂😔💁🏻‍♀️ I haven’t been emotional for the whole pregnancy or anything just so upset 😂 was anyone like this just before labour as I’ve been told I’ll deliver early x
