Bath every night followed by a lotion massage. However we only use soap every 2-3 nights (and as needed). Most of the time it's just a warm bath to "signal" bedtime

Usually every night unless hes too tired by that time (then getting him dressed after is a chore) but only soap once a week. Our ped advised us this as water is hydrating to the skin, the soap is what dries it out & we lotion the shi* out of him when he gets out lol, hoping it will help with our alberta winter & his eczema!
