Vitex supplement?!?
Does anyone take vitex? I was wondering if it’s helpful in regulating cycles. I have super long cycles. Just had d&c 23 days ago and haven’t ovulated yet. Also have horrible acne since going off the pill in March and I read that it can also help with that.
