Help ladies!!!!
So I have had the flu and was desperate to get 1 night of sleep. I only took 1 dose of liquid NyQuil and my milk supply is down! What can I do to get it back up?! I’m freaking out!! 🥴 is this permanent?!
I thought it would be ok to just take 1 dose😭
