How do you tell if it's real or not? Does it kinda feel like you have to poop and cant type of pain? Its consistently happening for the past 2 hours..so I try to go and nothing. The pain lasts about a minute or less and goes away. I notice I'm doing the breathing to relax myself. I cant just go to the hospital right now bc I'm home with my 3 year old. I had a planned csection with him so I didnt feel contractions. And I have another planned csection December 9th.
