Period 4 days early (10 dpo)

So I normally get my period at 14 dpo every month. I was tracking with opk the cycle and i ovulated 10 day ago. I got some blood in my panties, a but more then i would imagine implantation bleeding. Dis anyone else have an early period, when it nirmally is on point? Or is there still hope?
