All of these school shootings make me so upset. I can't image my little daughter in a few short years participating in active shooter drills in school, let alone ever experiencing that kind of tragedy in her life. I am staring at her sleeping in blissful ignorance about the world we live in today. What a terrible thing she will likely be exposed to in some way once she starts school at such a young and innocent age 😭 Can she just stay little and safe forever?
