Bed time routine?

Question

Anyone want to share their bedtime routines that dont involve a bath or shower every night? I dont want to have bathing be a part of her bedtime routine but I am yet to start doing a whole routine and all I see are suggestions for doing a bath and bed thing. 
She is 2 months old and right now the only thing we do at bedtime is go into the bedroom where its dark and I will breastfeed her and play with her hair until shes asleep while we lay on my bed. Then I move her to her bassinet when shes deep asleep.
Her nap routine is also pretty inconsistent it's just waiting til she gets tired and then take her to the room, swaddle her and put her in the bassinet letting her suck my finger til shes tired and then I take it away and let her get herself to sleep (sometimes rocking the bassinet if shes extra fussy) 
Please give me some ideas to make it more consistent!!! I want different routines for naps and bedtime because if I do the breastfeed to sleep thing during the day she will sleep too long thinking its bedtime and then shes up all night because shes not tired

About an hour before bedtime we swaddle her abd change her and get her cozy. We turn the lights low and create a sleepy environment. 
Once she gets hungry we take her into our bedroom and turn off all the lights and feed her. Most of the time she goes to sleep eating but if not, I hold her really close and tight to my chest and lightly rock her. I hold her where her pacifier is against my chest that way she won't spit it out. 
She sleeps 6-8 hours, wakes up to eat, and sleeps another 6 hours 😊
I put her in her bed and turn our 2 fans on. We use box fans instead of a white noise machine. I make sure that the room is DARK. If she's still barely awake, I'll rub the bridge of her nose until she's all the way out.

My bedtime routine is similar. 
• We go to the bedrooom where the lights are all the way dim
• I feed her then pump
• My husband swaddles her
• We hang out quietly for 15 minutes
• Place her in her bassinet
She sleeps 4.5 hours then eats and then sleeps another 3-4 hours. It's way more sleep than I was getting while pregnant.

We’re trying to start a routine as well- she’s 10 weeks, so we’re just trying to pay attention to her cues. Around 9, I bring her upstairs, change her diaper and clothes. I set up the room for sleeping (lights, fan, and we play storm sounds on our google home). My husband holds her and talks to her for a bit, then I feed her. After burping, I put her in the bassinet, and only pick her up if she’s crying. She’s been sleeping for 4-5 hours, and then 2-3 after that. It is a bit late start at 9, but like I said, we’re starting to work on a routine.

I don't bath my baby every night 2 times a week.  I pretty much have your routine but not swaddling, both my son hate that, sometimes white noise.  Around 6pm or sometimes 7pm I started getting him ready to sleep, chan ge his diaper, laugh together, talk to him a little or sometimes I place him in the gym before so he is quite tired before bed, change his clothes breastfeed him, burp him and rock him for 10 minutes then he is done for the night, he will wake up sometimes midnight or 1am for some feeding and diaper change ofcourse.   He will last until 430 or 6am sometimes and them wake up around 830 or 9am. Them he is awake for 1h 30 min.  Then in that time he play in the gym or in the sit me up chair while I cook,and then breastfeed him again sometimes he can sleep for 2 hour or 3.  The main thing at night is that to sleep through the night the basically need to empty the breast so they get all the fat from the milk and feel heavy so they not asking for milk every 2 hours.

I bathe her (Tuesday and Friday) OR give her a massage between 8/9pm every night and when she’s done put her pajamas on and dim the lights. Then nurse and she’s usually ready to sleep after that.

I take her up when she's pretty chilled sometime between 0930 and 1030 to my dimly lit bedroom. I then strip off bottom half, clean bum, massage bottom half with coconut oil and pop on night nappy (we're using cloth). Then strip off top half, massage top half with coconut oil, get her dressed in fresh vest and sleepsuit. Then swaddle her up in a blanket and breastfeed in my bed. Once she's dropped off I cuddle her upright for 20 mins to avoid sick and pop her into her bedside crib xx

Here is our routine starting around 8:00 and she is in the bassinet by 8:30.  Generally she sleeps until 2 AM then dream feeds 
(1) Wipe down with no rinse cleaning water (breastmilk gets in her neck rolls)
(2) Change diaper
(3) Put on PJs
(4) Read 2 books
(5) Feed until drowsy
(6) Zip up in swaddle transition sack (she likes to move her arms while asleep but still strikes her own face resulting in her waking herself up)
(7) Transition to bassinet

I’m now learning better with baby #2 😆. I’ve been taking my baby to get ready for a nap or bed as soon as I see her eyes are starting to roll from being tired. When they finally close, I take her to her bed and lay her down. 
With my oldest I would wait to lay her down until she was in a deep sleep and once she got older, it would take me hours to get her down. There were many tears doing it this way. I would lay her down and she would wake up instantly and back to the same cycle of trying to get in a deep sleep. Hours and hours 😖.
Who knows what the future holds for new baby, but, changing her, put her in her sleep sack, rocking her, sound machine on and to bed while she’s still somewhat coherent has worked so well!  I have never let my kids cry it out so I’m hoping this is creating a better routine.

I’ve started using lavender lotion on her after changing her diaper and putting on her jammies. She loooves it and so do I! It smells so yummy and is really relaxing for both of us.

Ours is pretty easy. I’ll get our bedroom setup and ready (lights off, white noise machine on) then I’ll take baby into her room, change her diaper, lotion her and give a massage (we only bath her once a week), then swaddle her, then I’ll feed her while my hubby reads her a few bedtime stories. Once she’s done eating she’s usually pretty sleepy so I’ll walk her across the hall into our bedroom and place her in her bassinet. I usually will only have to check on her once or twice just to put her pacifier back in her mouth and she’s good to go.
