For my daughter it was gassy foods like hard boiled eggs, Broccoli (I accidentally had only 3small pieces she cried for hours) cabbage, I really watched my Dairy intake as well with the milk, cheeses and sour cream and also for some ppl their baby may not do well with chocolate as well. These was the main things I noticed for my daughter though.i would suggest to just keep track of what you eat and you’ll def notice if it causes problems for your baby. She was ok if I had scrambled eggs though

I believe the only thing I avoided was caffeine until my kids had eczema and I started cutting food groups out in an attempt to help, it did with my son but not my daughter.
It is really up to the baby. The only thing I can think of that an absolute no is alcohol.

All of my babes were different. My oldest anything spicy even mildly was a no go. Second was coffee- this was a hard one lol and third there was absolutely nothing that bothered her. Every little is different.
