Seriously help me...!

I need this baby out like yesterday. How can I self induce?? I’ve tried walking and sex, which sex brings on contractions, but they don’t stay more than an hour or so. Full term and ready for him to be here. I’ve had diarrhea, contractions, and a horrible migraine all day!
