I don't think I can.. Its too masculine on my part im trying to be less dominant on my part i think the most dominant person should propose. If that make sense. I preferred if he did it than me doing so.

I don't see why not. Its totally old to think that the man is the only one who should have a say in when to get married. I personally dont want to get married but if I did I wouldn't have a problem proposing.
