I had sex for the first time the other day and I think I might have an UTI. I have am urge to urinate all the time yet nothing really comes out when I go to the bathroom. My discharge is a little different too, it smells a bit different and I think I might have a tear somewhere inside as well. I'm concerned that I might be pregnant even if we used a condom and I took a plan B pill not even 24 hours after, just in case because he did enter me without a condom at the very start of the intercourse (just one thrust). It wasn't my fertile window but my period was a week before and I didn't want to spend a whole month wondering. I do have a doctors appointment next week but I thought I'd ask here too.

Am I being paranoid?
