Heavy period then positive test??

I had what I was sure was my period. The worst one I’ve had in awhile it started on day 20 instead of my usual 28-30. I’ve been so sick and it hasn’t went away so I decided what the heck I have some tests left and I get this???

It could have been a vanishing twin. Many women actually miscarry the baby that passed away. Bleed and everything, then find out it was actually twins. Most women absorb the tissue but many expel it. Good luck!!
