Talk to an obgyn first and then track your cycle to get familiar with when you’re ovulating. Have sex lots around ovulation and enjoy it. Relax, meditate, exercise, eat well and take it easy. What is to be will be✨✨ good luck.. you’re absolutely beautiful

Late 30’s and also trying... eggs start to die off after 30, less and less of a chance, but still very much a chance!!! Be healthy, eat well, exercise and take prenatal vitamins (even if you aren’t pregnant yet) fish oil and routine OBGYN visits. Baby dust to you! I know how you’re feeling.
