I went in for a dating scan Wednesday since my LMP was so long ago even though I knew my ovulation date. Measured exactly a week behind. Two days later I started spotting only when wiping. Around noon there were tiny clumps and red blood but still only when wiping. Ultrasound still exactly a week behind. Doctor can't say where the blood was from. She thinks she might see a fetal pole next to the yolk sac but nothing definitive. Sac is perfectly round and according to dr it's in a "beefy" part of my uterine lining. 50/50 shot. My hips feel sore today and the spotting is off and on. I can't stop crying but I keep telling myself I'm pregnant right now.
