Been with my husband for 3 years, and can confidently say the honeymoon phase is still alive and thriving for us. He’s the person I look forward to seeing after work (after my baby, of course 😂), the person who puts a smile on my phase right away in the morning. He’s my best friend. I am so in love with this man. 
But I do have to say that it does take work to keep it that way. I truly believe I have found my soulmate, but that’s not to say we don’t have our differences. I’ve learned to have a forgiving heart, and to deal with conflict better. Because at the end of the day, no matter what we go through, he’s the man I want to continue building my life with 🥰

Oh I dont think you ever leave the honeymoon phase if they're the right person. I think you just get more comfortable. I'm 5 1/2 years in with my man and I still feel so warm and loving towards him as when we first met.
