Miscarriage?

I have felt pregnant and everyone around me thought I was pregnant for the past 3 weeks. Always got negative tests, I thought I got my period today however when I took my cup out today I found this.....I’m pretty certain that I had a miscarriage even though it was never confirmed pregnant....has anyone ever experienced this?

That doesn’t look like a miscarriage, it just looks like old thick uterine lining. I’ve had both happen and a miscarriage is so much pain to the point of being doubled over and there’s more blood and small clots than just having uterine lining like this.
