Cook it correctly or go to a reputable place. If it’s a shady place it can have a bunch of nasty bacteria that’s not good for baby. Definitely safe if done well.

I would avoid the party platters that are prepackaged and just get raw frozen shrimp, cook then chill. Should be fine if eaten pretty directly, don’t let them sit for ages on the counter or for weeks in the fridge and you’ll be fine.
