Fresh 48 or In-Home style shoot?

What do you guys prefer? I love the idea of both but I have to choose one! Pros and cons? 💕

I do the occasional family/newborn/baby photography gig & I’ve noticed most of my clients share their Fresh 48 photos more. They are definitely my favorite to take. The emotions captured are so fresh & raw. Capturing the joy & wonder in a Fresh 48 shoot is amazing. In-home shoots are so much more posed. So I guess it depends on how real you want your photos to be. An in-home shoot let’s you control the environment & allows you to compose yourself better. Many people prefer that. A fresh 48 captures the magic IMO. Plus, a good photographer can capture you at your best angles if you’re worried about not looking your best after popping out a baby. 😁

In home. You can refresh yourself, you’re comfortable, and can relax. Nothing comfortable and relaxing in the hospital.

We’re doing fresh 48. We did an in home shoot fairly recently which helped make up my mind. I love both ideas!

I prefer the in home after baby leaves the hospital. Love the ones I did with my first!
