I’m in my first trimester and we found out we’re having twins. I’ve had 2 miscarriages in the last year so I’m feeling extra cautious about everything I’ve been feeling.

I’ve been feeling some cramps, but it doesn’t feel like period cramps - more like I can feel my uterus. It’s hard to explain but I need some insight into how these cramps should feel. I’m probably being dramatic and my next appointment is Monday but I need to feel a bit better. What do these cramps feel like?
