I was spotting today, saw a clot.. went to the doctors and my HCG levels were low. She said I most likely gonna be miscarrying this week. I’m so hurt and angry.. I don’t know how to deal with this grief.. and my heart goes out to anyone who has experienced this tragic loss before... this was my first pregnancy... we will be trying again eventually.. I just don’t understand why.. why things happen.
