Pregnancy after abortion

Anybody was able to conceive fast after having surgical abortion years ago? My husband and I were at a really bad place and I definitely regret doing it now, this is our first month trying. Just wonder if there’s a possibility that there’s some scarring in my uterus from the surgery that will prevent me getting pregnant
