Stomach cramps or contractions??

Question

I’m a FTM so I’m clueless as to what contractions feel like... but my whole belly is cramping like it would if I had a virus and I have diarrhea... Could I have a virus or is this labor?? I’m 37+5..

Contractions hurt. And hurt more and more over time. Sounds like a mix of Braxton Hicks and the hormone your body produces to empty your bowels to prepare for labor. Both completely normal.

Take a warm bath. It can help to stop it.
Contractions make your stomach hard like a stone.
