What’s good to take I have a cold ?

My doctor give me a list but I Miss placed it. Do any of you ladies know what’s good to take I am 22 weeks pregnant

No drugs if you can help it. Honey and lemon tea and I’ll add fresh ginger as well. Hot showers to help with congestion, or humidifiers during the night.

My doc said Adrian but only for 3 days in a row max and follow directions, saline spray and breathe right strips.

I took Benadryl to help with my sinuses when I had a cold a couple weeks ago. One in the morning and one at night and lots of Vick’s on my chest, lots of rest!

I'm 22 weeks 1 day and had a killer sore throat yesterday and woke up with a full on stuffy runny nose. It sucks. I'm taking Tylenol right now just if needed. It's on the approved list. 2 every 6 hours if needed. I hate taking cold medication otherwise it always gives me heart palpitations

I took Tylenol Cold and cough drops! Tylenol products are approved on my list from the doctor
