Hey everyone! Question, I used to take birth control, but stopped I wanna say around May? June?

(Prior to taking BC, my periods were regular, always on time!)

But within the last 2 months, I’ve had my periods be late by like 5-7 days. Is this something I should be worried about? What does this mean? Can someone help or explain anything please. Are the two even connected?
