Has anyone had this and had a BFP?

I had some pink when I wiped at 12.30am and a tiny bit at 7am. Nothing in the past 6 hours since then. I went into my clinic for bloods and waiting to hear but so nervous as I also have af cramps and my cervix is irritated. I’m not on progesterone (yet). I cried in the clinic bc I feel like it’s over, again. This is our third perfect embryo FET and this time we put 2 and I just can’t believe af would show up 2-3 days early to spite me.
